Not just for eccentrics, the Eccentric Spirit collection is a range of spirits celebrating the quirks of Welsh cities, the wildness of her coastline, the idiosyncrasies of botanicals and the flavours they deliver. Each bottle is a distinctive nod to the people, the places and the ideas that inspired it – highlighted in a wrap-around label!

There are six gins in the collection – Cask aged Limbeck, classic London Dry Madam Geneva, and malty Young Tom (distilled with an IPA wash) sit alongside zesty Cardiff Dry packed with citrus flavour, sassy pink gin Pembrokeshire Pinky and fresh, coastal Dewi Sant. Joining the gins, Black Batch rum is rested in a heavily charred cask of American oak, which brings rich natural colour to complement orange and spice flavours.

Originally inspired by a great Welsh innovator and eccentric, Dr William Price, Eccentric Spirit Co sits within the In the Welsh Wind distillery family and is distilled in small batches at the distillery overlooking Cardigan Bay.
