Eccentric Spirit Co is a range of distinctive Welsh spirits celebrating the quirks of Wales’ cities, the wildness of her coastline, the idiosyncrasies of botanicals and the flavours they deliver. Each bottle is a nod to the people, the places and the ideas that inspired it.

Their team distil in small batches using carefully selected botanicals, to ensure that each spirit screams of its Welsh inspiration. The Eccentric Spirit Co range currently consists of eight Welsh spirits, including six Welsh gins, a spiced Welsh rum and a Master award-winning flavoured Welsh vodka.

The versatility of these Welsh spirits make them great for cocktails. Each spirit is also delicious with a mixer! The Eccentric Spirit Co range is crafted at In the Welsh Wind Distillery, which sits on the west coast of Wales overlooking Cardigan Bay.
