Vince Noyce and Giles Collighan, are former Royal Navy officers and have been running The Rum Club Ltd for the past few years. Their passion and love of spirits and, in particular rum, led them to create a distillery producing this versatile and fun-loving spirit.

Dich Oatley is a drinks industry professional, making him very well placed to help in developing sophisticated recipes which go into the spirits we produce at The Portsmouth Distillery, especially the complexity and sophisticated blend of botanicals to produce the distillery’s award winning Fort Gin.

Together the team have been crafting a range of small batch, artisan spirits since 2018. In late 2019 we added an apprentice to the team.
