Ellis Gin is the brainchild of #ialso100 2021 Female Entrepreneur Carol Jackson.

We produce a unique range of small batch Scottish gin.  Our aim is to bring fun and colour to the gin market, with two of our gins changing colour when mixers are added. Our Pink Gin having a mesmerising shimmer and our Lemon Gin described as sunshine in a glass.  

Ellis was exclusively launched in October 2018 with two coloured changing gins, both designed to be different. Then in June 2019, Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer was launched, followed by Ellis No.5 Lemon Gin in August 2020 (which was finalist in the 2020 Scottish Gin Awards in the Flavoured Gin of the Year Category).

Our exclusive range delights all the senses and is used to create amazing cocktails. Beautiful, vibrant natural colour, Ellis Gin provides a delight to the adventurous palates and gin connoisseurs, alike.
