We are Tim & Tan Spittle, sheep farmers in the beautiful Cotswolds. As lovers of vodka, we decided to make our own and fermented and distilled Europe’s first sheep’s milk vodka – Blacklion Vodka. We are deeply rooted and at home on the farm but with an impossibly adventurous spirit too. Like our vodka!
Blacklion Vodka is fermented and distilled from the sugar-rich whey leftover after cheese-making. It is a crisp, clean and full vodka that’s impossibly smooth and has the subtle aromas and flavour of the Edelweiss flower. A truly unique Cotswold born and eco-responsible British product.
