York-based Ainsty Ales is an award-winning independent brewery and taproom that serves up the taste of the York and Ainsty Wapentake, using traditional brewing methods with only the finest ingredients to create award-winning craft beers.

Our beers are all crafted by our dedicated brewing team in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. We believe this is the best way to do it!

Our beers are available in casks, bottles, kegs and cans. So, whether it’s a Session Blonde, a tasty American Pale Ale or a smooth dark Stout, we’re sure you’ll approve!

In 2018 we scooped four industry awards at SIBA’s North East Beer Festival – which we were over the moon about! We repeated this success with ‘Cool Citra’ which won Regional Gold and National Silver in its category in 2019.
