Former accountants, Sophie Neall and Aiden Murray, left the profession in 2024 to produce what is being billed as the UK’s first ready-to-drink Iced Chai Latte containing added prebiotic fibre.

Born from co-founder Sophie’s personal exploration of gut wellbeing and the founders’ shared love of chai, they have been working hard to create a product that would make chai more mainstream and to bring a smoother, non-carbonated alternative to functional beverages.
The brand’s debut product is an Iced Chai Latte featuring 4g of added fibre, it has an oat drink base, with no added sugar, suitable for vegans and is also gluten free.
The drink, available in 250ml cans, offers a café-style chai flavour with a smooth balance of sweet and spice, designed for both on-the-go convenience and mindful daily rituals.
By combining the warmth and cultural heritage of traditional chai with prebiotic fibre, Good Kynd offers a modern, flavour-led option into a growing functional category, offering consumers an enjoyable way to increase their fibre intake – a nutrient that most adults lack in the UK.
Good Kynd is positioning itself at the intersection of wellness, culture and lifestyle, targeting the premium delicatessens, cafés, boutique hospitality and wellness-led retail.
With a focus on organic community growth, the founders aim to build a brand that resonates beyond the drinks aisle. Sustainability is also foundational to the brand, with fully recyclable aluminium cans and longer-term plans to develop Good Kynd initiatives, which will focus on charitable partnerships centred on community support and conscious living.

Differentiating itself through first-to-market innovation, a non-carbonated functional format and a refined flavour profile, Good Kynd aims to make chai an everyday staple for modern consumers seeking both enjoyment and ease.
